Curry Chef's Salad
The curry adds a flavorful twist to a favorite salad.
  Prep and Cook Time: 15 minutes

  • 4 cups romaine lettuce or salad greens
  • 2 oz turkey breast
  • 1 oz cheddar cheese, shredded or crumbles
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup celery diced
  • 1/2 cup avocado, diced
  • 2 TBS walnuts, chopped
  • Creamy Curry Dressing
  • 3 TBS extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 TBS balsamic vinegar
  • 2 TBS plain yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp curry powder


  1. Combine all salad ingredients.
  2. Prepare dressing.
  3. Toss salad with 2 TBS Creamy Curry Dressing
