Brown turkey, add chopped onion, saute till translucent, add grated carrots, and chopped cabbage, stir fry till cabbage translucent about 5 minutes, add soy sauce, 2 cups water, and package of ramen noodles and season packet, cover, steam until noodles soften, about 3-5 minutes. mix in noodles. Makes 4 servings.
