Tuna Cucumber Dill Salad

Whip the oil, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper together. Add to the rest of the ingredients and mix together. Put 1 cup lettuce leaves on each of 2 plates. Spoon tuna mixture over. Garnish with tomato wedges. Makes 2 servings.
