Cook Rice: Steam Cook veg(s): stir fry in olive oil (until tender) Cheese: grate for topping Season if desired Low fat and a mouth full of happiness! Favorites to add if you eat meat: cup of cooked ground turkey 1sm can of tomato sauce (plain) Cook meat pour can of tomato sauce in with meat add the onions to that and let simmer for 5-10 minutes (very low flame). Pour this meat delight on top of steamed rice then add stir fried zucchini & tomatoes. Top with cheese and enjoy.
