Lentil Curry with Squash, Carrots and Sweet Potatoes

Combine all the ingredients(except cayenne powder, salt and pepper) with at least 1 cup of water or just enough to cover all the ingredients(depends if you want to have more soup) and bring to a boil then simmer for for 20 to 25 minutes (or until the lentils and vegetables are tender but not overcooked). Season with salt and pepper, and cayenne powder (for a spicy taste).
