Divine Anytime Miso Soup

Prep and cooking time 10 minutes



Prepare all ingedients before soup is started. Cut broccolli chunks in bite size pieces. Pound garlic and ginger in a mortar or chop. Chop cilantro and green onion, reserve. Boil water. Add noodles, garlic and ginger mixture and cook 1 minute. While still boiling add egg (stir or don't stir for different effects)and continue boiling until egg is thoroughly cooked (about 1 minute). Add broccoli and shittake mushrooms and cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add miso, cilantro, green onion, black pepper, and sunflower sprouts. Stir well for Miso to disperse properly. I also like to add Udo's Perect oil blend for a good dose of Omega three and a really nice flavour. Serve immediately and Enjoy!
