Lentil Rice

From Malsky:

Serves four



  1. Peel and slice onion
  2. Sautee onion in olive oil; when brown add lentils, salt, all spice and cinnamon cover with water and let cook 15 minutes
  3. Add brown rice and cook an additional 30 minutes
  4. Once cooked turn stove off and let rest covered for an additional 10 minutes
  5. Fluff with fork
Enjoy with tomato and parsley salad with vinegrette dressing.
