Recipe for Gout Sufferers

I am a gout sufferer and over the years I have developed the following healthy eating for gout sufferers


  • Breakfast

    • One big glass of warm water ( .25 litre )
    • One egg white
    • One bowl of raw oats with warm skim milk
    • One banana

  • Lunch

    • Steamed rice with PALACHAN source
    • Steamed jelly fish cut in slices, with a pinch of salt and pepper
    • Boiled carrot and Chinese Pak Choy

  • Dinner

    • Watermelon
    • One glass of lime and soda
    • Boiled Chinese rice noodles, served with steamed bean sprouts
