Healthy Honey Roll-Ups

A quick and delicious gluten-free snack or dessert.



Microwave tortilla on high for 20 seconds. Drizzle honey on tortilla; fold in half to spread evenly. Open up tortilla and sprinkle ground seeds on entire surface. Then add the remaining ingredients in a row down the middle. Roll tightly and hold on to the end while you're eating the roll-up. You can substitute your own healthy fillings.
