Healthy Pumpkin Yogurt 1/2 cup organic plain yogurt 1/2 cup canned organic pumpkin 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp ginger 1 tbs natural maple syrup Optional Toppings: 1/4 cup chopped walnuts 1/4 cup organic granola 2 tbs raisins
