I've made this fifty times and never have any remaining no matter how many people are eating it...simply delicious.



  1. Start with all liquids and powdered seasonings in a medium size bowl with lid. Add all the diced, drained canned vegetables and minced fresh vegetables. Toss, toss, toss. Taste and add salt and ground pepper to taste. Serve with lime and chile corn chips.
