Cabbage Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice both cabbages thin, put in a large bowl and mix together.
  2. Add olive oil mix
  3. Add lemon juice mix
  4. Add salt and pepper, mix
  5. Add dried mint and mix well
  6. Let sit for about 15 min or so
