  1. Chop equal amounts of mango and red pepper into small pieces.
  2. Chop fine several slices of red onion.
  3. Squeeze the juice of a fresh lime into the above.

You can increase or decrease any of the above ingredients to suit your individual tastes. Serve with organic tortilla chips, serve over fish or chicken, or just eat it as is.
