Sardine and Avocado Sandwich

Ingredients:
2 slices multigrain bread
healthy Salad dressing
sardines
avocado
(optional cheddar cheese)

Directions:
spread both slices of bread with salad dressing
sardines split open placed on one slice of bread
slices of avocado on top of the sardines
(optional cheddar cheese)
cover with the second slice and eat!
