Halibut Baked in Herb Butter

Delicious and a great source of protein and Omega 3. We are very lucky in this area to get halibut from Alaska around this time of year.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash and pat dry fillets, pat dry with paper towel. Sprinkle to taste with Kosher salt. Melt butter and add herbs and pepper. Drizzle mixture over fillets.
  2. Place into a preheated, 400 degree oven for approx. 10-15 min. or until fish flakes but is not dry.
We served this with steamed broccoli and whole wheat bread on the side.
