Guilt Free Burgers



  1. Cut avacado and tomato into thin slices, put in bowl. Cover with juice of a lemon (will keep avocado from turning). Crack fresh pepper to taste over mixture.
  2. Mix ground beef/turkey with olive oil, crushed garlic and pepper, form into patties. Grill burgers to preffered done temperature (Cook through if using turkey).
  3. Toast buns with a small amount of olive oil (optional)
  4. Place pattie on wheat roll, cover with avocado, tomato and lettuce.
