Ingredients:

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons organice no salt added peanut butter
  • 1 Cascade Fresh fat free yogurt (8 live active cultures)
  • blueberries(all below frozen)
  • blackberries
  • raspberries
  • strawberries
  • peaches

Directions:
This shake packs a powerful punch.
