Refreshing Salsa

This is a refreshing salsa that can be eaten with tortilla chips or that
can be used as a condiment on other foods.

The recipe can be modified by increasing one ingredient or using less of
another. Its up to you!

Note: Dice all, especially the onions into small pieces.

  • 2 large tomatos, diced.
  • 1 oninon, diced.
  • 1/2 bell pepper, diced.
  • 1/2 bunch of cilantro, diced. (use leafs, stems are optional).
  • 1/2 to 1 jalapeno, diced, if you want to make it spicy!
  • 2 large lemons.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and squeeze lemon juice. Salt and
pepper are optional.
