Zucchini, Tomatoes and Rice



  1. Cook brown rice using package instructions
  2. Fry diced zucchini in olive oil and salt free original blend Mrs. Dash
  3. Add 1 can chopped tomatoes, add salt (or no salt) and pepper to taste
  4. Pour mixture over the rice and serve with a salad
