Healthy Salsa


Ingredients:

  • 4 lbs chopped peeled tomatoes
  • 2 large hot banana peppers
  • 3 little green jalapeno peppers
  • 1 large Spanish onion
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1 large red pepper
  • 1 5 oz can of tomato paste
  • cup vinegar
  • cup brown sugar (ADD LAST 5 MINUTES)
  • 1 TBS coarse pickling salt
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 garlic cloves

Directions:
Chop all ingredients and boil gently for 1 hour. (Add brown sugar during last 5 minutes).
