My Favorite Salad

I ususally make this salad for the work week (lunch). I portion out servings into containers ... ready to grab and go in the morning.



I use 2 cucumbers, 4-5 tomatoes, 2 bunches of cilantro, 1 can each of the beans, Italian dressing & seasoning to taste. I cut up all the fresh veggies, add the canned beans, add the dressing & seasoning to taste - mix in a large bowl.
