Tarragon Spinach

  • 1 10 oz Pkg Frozen Spinach
  • 2 TBS Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Dried Tarragon
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • Soy Sauce or Sea Salt to taste

Heat the olive oil in a skillet add garlic & terragon for approx. 1-2 min. add soy sauce and/or salt, then add the frozen or thawed spinach until heated through. It is a wonder flavor. Serve hot.
