All in One Salmon Dish

The salmon tastes very good in this recipe:



Lightly coat sauce pan with extra virgin olive oil Layer the following ingredients in the pan: Season with salt, cumin and cayenne pepper. Cook covered on low heat until done, about 10 minutes. Serve with mashed sweet potato and spinach salad dressed with apple cider vinegar, extra virgin olive oil salt and minced garlic; sprinkled with sliced almonds. Looks very colorful and tastes delicious.
