Spiced Bran and Flaxseed Muffins

Beat everything together until well mixed. (The batter will be fairly liquid) Pour into muffin tins and bake at 200-225C in middle of over for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from tins when cool. Best eaten warmed up, split and buttered! This is my own recipe adapted from a basic recipe, adding my own spices and flaxseed instead. Tried it out today and the muffins are yummy. The flaxseed gives them a lovely nutty flavour. If using all Self-raising wholemeal flour, you'll need a little extra milk to take up the bulk.
