Spicy Dill Veggie Dip

I created this dip as an alternative to fatty salad dressings and other premixed dips that were usually high in saturated fat and sodium. This is a healthier alternative and a delicious way to snack away on veggies instead of junk food. I've even used this recipe in place of mayonnaise for a quick and easy spicy tuna salad or sandwiches.



Mix well and store overnight in a plastic container in the refrigerator before using. Experiment with your favorite herbs and spices!
