Pasta with Bell Peppers

Healthy sauté the peppers and onions together with a little bit of all purpose seasoning until they are a little bit tender. Add in the tomatoes, lower the heat and simmer for a few minutes (add a little bit of water if needed), just to give the sauce good flavor. When ready, toss with your pasta of choice. Tip: Don't over season the peppers since its the flavor of the peppers that gives the pasta a real good taste. If you don't feel like dicing tomatoes, use canned tomatoes or just use a jar of spaghetti sauce. If you don't feel like tomatoes or tomato sauce use a bit of fresh lemon juice on the peppers and toss with olive oil. Then toss with the pasta.
