Q In 100 calories of which food would you find the most protein?

At this time, we don't have a comparison table to show you the difference between the amount of protein provided in 100 calories worth of different foods. However, in general, you will find that meat is typically a more concentrated source of protein (particularly the essential amino acids) compared to vegetables. For example, according to the USDA Nutrient Database, 100 calories of steak has 11.08 grams of protein and 100 calories of chopped, raw broccoli has 8.29 grams of protein.
