Q Moringa has been shown to be the world's most nutrient rich botanical. I'm curious why it hasn't made your website

Moringa oleifera is a tree that is used in developing countries as a source of nutrition. Its leaves, seeds and roots are consumed by individuals for nutrition. The leaves, in particular, have been studied for their diverse nutrient composition.

While Moringa oleifera leaves may be nutrient rich, we have not included this plant as a part of our list of World's Healthiest Foods since it doesn't meet one of our key requirements as a food that is easily accessible by most people. Even though a food isn't featured on our website, that doesn't mean that it can't be included as part of the Healthiest Way of Eating.
