Enjoy our New Book: Weight Loss Success â€" Without Dieting

Inspired by Readers who have written us about how they improved their health and lost weight at the same time (by adopting a Healthiest Way of Eating) George presents a new way to approach weight loss without dieting and enjoying satisfying foods with an emphasis on vegetables. Released in January of 2012 it is a beautiful hardcover book that is a revised version of our Healthy Weight Loss e-book, with updated information and new menu plans. We hope it will meet with satisfaction the many requests we received for a hardcover edition of my weight loss book.

2011 in Retrospect

2011 was a great year for us. Our successes are best expressed in the hundreds of letters we received from Readers:

We started by doing one week of the Healthiest Way of Eating Plan as an experiment. About three days into the Plan my husband and I both noticed that we were feeling absolutely terrific and sleeping better, etc. And at some point, we just basically decided that at 41 and 48 we needed to get very serious about changing the way we regularly eat. Lots of our friends are eating no carbohydrates or no wheat, or no animal products, which all works but did not strike us as particularly safe or sustainable ways of changing one's diet. Your system seems to be the sanest and safest way to accomplish our goals.

The major benefit of the Plan was there was no success/failure dynamic. Once you understand how it works, you can just pick up where you left off. Because you feel so great on the Plan, that bad cycle of deprivation and reward that most diets set up doesn't happen, Foods that are not very nutritious don't really seem like much of a reward.

I've always been pleasantly surprised by how delicious your dishes are. We love the black bean chili and the salmon recipes. I'm especially very happy with the huge variety of salad recipes on the site. Haven't really had anything that we didn't enjoy.

We've definitely made the transition to the Healthiest Way of Eating as our NORMAL way of eating, hopefully for the rest of our lives. It means so much to me that you have given me an easy roadmap to get a handle on my family's health. - Silvia

Our First DVD— Healthiest Way of Cooking with George

In 2010 we produced our first DVD, which was a great success in helping Readers learn how to prepare the World's Healthiest Foods to retain the greatest number nutrients and enhance their flavor. Making food taste great is the biggest step in making healthy eating easier and more enjoyable.

New You Tube Channel

Our new Your Tube channel was launched in 2011 with great success. It is yet another avenue to help us reach thousands more people and help them to eat and cook more healthfully.

We expanded our Facebook and Twitter social media programs. Currently we have 3,480 followers on Facebook and 6,271 on Twitter.

Website Traffic Continues it Upward Trend
