Here is my best technique for preparing dried beans!! It is convenient and it saves time.


Any kind of dried beans


Take any kind of dried bean and soak overnight. Then freeze them! When you want to use your beans, they are already soaked and they take less time to cook, because when the water in them freezes it expands, further softening the beans. I like to soak a big batch and freeze them in the quantities that I will use them.
