Salmon Cakes

From BD:



  1. Mix all ingredients together. Form into 3 or 4 patties.
  2. Heat pan on medium high heat.
  3. Place Salmon Cakes in pan for 3 minutes turn over cook for another 5 minutes.
I used a non-stick pan for this. I had leftover Salmon from the Salmon, Dill Cucumber Recipe found on this site. Which also had a little of the Honey Dijon Mustard Sauce left on it.
