Steamed Salmon with Asparagus, Leeks and Cabbage

For 2 people:



  1. Crush garlic and grate ginger. Mix with olive oil and apply with brush to the salmon. Pour freshly squeezed lemon juice over salmon.
  2. Steam salmon for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Steam cabbage for 6-8 minutes.
  4. Steam chopped asparagus for 5 minutes.
  5. Steam chopped leeks for 5 minutes.
  6. No salt added. No Salt needed.
