Hawaiian Chicken & Cabbage



  1. Sauce: In small mixing bowl, whisk flour and water together, add pepper and soy sauce to taste.
  2. Cut meat off bones and cube.
  3. In wok, heat oil or broth. Add meat and cook until done.
  4. Remove from pan and add cabbage, ginger root and garlic and 1/2 cup of the water; cook until almost done (still slightly crisp).
  5. Remove ginger root and garlic pieces and return meat to wok.
  6. Add sauce and heat until sauce begins to thicken (5 minutes or so).
Serve with rice.
