Shrimps/Prawns with Garlic



  1. Wash the shrimps/prawns and place them in a frying pan.
  2. Add 1 TBS of water then add garlic, chili/cayenne powder, salt and pepper and cover.
  3. Cook over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes
  4. Reduce heat to low and cook for 4-5 more minutes until the the shrimps/prawns are cooked(do not overcook).
  5. Shake the frying pan or stir the ingredients as they cook.
  6. Add extra virgin olive oil with half a tsp of butter(optional) after cooking.
Serve with steamed vegetable salad and rice.
