Michelle's Blueberry Ice Cream

This is one of the easiest and most delicious ways to enjoy the anti-inflammatory, heart- and brain- protective properties of blueberries.



  1. To freeze bananas, peel first. Lay on a baking sheet. Freeze. Once bananas are frozen, store in a plastic freezer bag. Use as desired in smoothies or icecream.
  2. Combine frozen blueberries and bananas in a food processor or Champion juicer.
  3. Slowly add water to reach desired consistency.
Serve and enjoy. Makes 2-4 servings.
