Texas Caviar



  1. Combine in large strainer, one can of white hominy,gold hominy, garbanzo beans and red kidney beans. Drain well.
  2. Mix in one can of diced tomatoes w/juice, Rotel tomatoes w/cilantro (blue label), black-eyed peas w/jalapenos w/juice and 8 oz of Zesty Italian dressing.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. Stir well and drain off about 1/3 of juice before serving.
Serve with tortilla chips
