Breakfast: Lunch: Snack: Dinner: Stir fry for 10 minutes only


  1. On medium heat, fry tofu on all sides for 4 minutes using 2 TBS of oil. Remove tofu to a plate.
  2. Using the oil remaining in the pan to stir fry garlic, shallots for 1 minute.
  3. Gradually add in broccoli, carrots, mushroom, hot water, pinch of salt and sugar (optional) and cover and cook for another 5 minutes. Pour the stir fried vegetables on top of the tofu and serve hot.
This is not only healthy but it helps to loose some weight or maintain your weight. Enjoy your healthy diet!
