Coastal Cod Filet

Place Cod in plastic bag with lemon and lime juices and cinnamon. Seal and refrigerate overnight. Combine Garlic and Olive Oil in skillet, turn on medium heat and allow to warm. Just as the oil starts to sizzle, when the garlic has browned, gently place the Cod into the pan. Brown thoroughly, then turn off range and serve. Serves two.
