Spicy Mediterranean Dressing
Add spice to your favorite salad with this easy-to-prepare salad dressing.
Prep and Cook Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
4 smallcloves garlic
1 jalapeno chili pepper
1 TBS Dijon mustard
1 TBS vinegar
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 TBS fresh lemon juice
Directions:
In a blender, combine 4 small cloves garlic, 1 deseeded jalapeno pepper, 1 TBS Dijon mustard, 1 TBS vinegar, 2 TBS lemon juice, and 2 anchovies (optional).
Blend at high speed for 20 seconds, leave blender running and slowly pour in 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil. Toss with chopped Romaine Lettuce to coat lightly.
