Shipping Carriers & Transit Time

WHFoods.com ships from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM PST, excluding weekends and national holidays. Most orders are shipped within 3-4 business days. WHFoods.com ships from multiple warehouses on the West and East Coasts. While we strive to provide accurate shipping estimates on our website, we do not guarantee that all items will arrive within the specified time.

Domestic Shipping

  • DHL/FedEx/USPS Priority: Arrives within 4 – 7 business days from the date of shipping.
  • Orders are shipped only via USPS for delivery to FPO, APO, and P.O. Box addresses.
  • Orders are shipped only via USPS for delivery to non-contiguous states, such as Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii.

International Shipping

  • We ship all international orders via USPS International. Orders typically arrive within 10-14 business days from the shipping date, depending on customs clearance at the destination country. The final mail delivery is handled by the National Postal Service of the destination country.

International Shipping Custom Clearance Policy

It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain any necessary governmental permissions and/or documentation for import approval and to verify and pay all import charges, including duties, fees, and taxes.

Order Tracking

The status of your order is easy to find:

  • Check your email: You are required to enter an email address during checkout. You will receive email updates on the status of your order.
  • Visit the website: You can log in to your account at www.whfoods.com, where you can view your order history, including tracking information.

Back-Ordered Products

Unfortunately, items may be delayed for various reasons beyond our control. If part of your order is out of stock for an extended period, we will split the order and ship the in-stock products without delay while placing the remaining items on back-order. Depending on availability, we will either ship the back-ordered items when available at no extra shipping cost or cancel those items from your order, and you may reorder them later. Customers will be notified via email of any actions taken.

Probiotics Shipping Instructions | Cold-Pack Service

Probiotics are kept refrigerated to ensure maximum freshness. We ship probiotic products in an iced Styrofoam package. We use expedited domestic shipping methods to ship this product and might hold your order to ship on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday to use FedEx 3-Day Air to deliver the package. We do not ship on Thursday or Friday to ensure your order is not left in a hot shipping carrier warehouse over the weekend. International orders are not shipped in the Styrofoam package.
