Is almond milk a good source of calcium? Is it as calcium rich as almonds? Would drinking almond milk be a good way to get sufficient amounts of calcium since I don't drink cow's milk?

The calcium content of almond milk will vary depending on the manufacturer. Some brands of almond milk will be fortified with calcium and provide a similar amount of calcium as cow's milk (about 300 mg of calcium per cup). Almond milk can be a good non-dairy substitute for cow's milk in terms of calcium content.
